Raleigh, NC - Sophomore quarterback Russell Wilson threw four touchdown passes and the NC State defense held North Carolina to three second half points as the Wolfpack upset the Tar Heels 28-27 at Carter-Finley Stadium.

Limited number of tickets remain for NC State at Virginia Tech game

Blacksburg, Va - A limited number of football tickets are now on sale for Virginia Tech's home game on Nov. 21 against NC State. The tickets are available because NC State returned a portion of its ticket allotment.

Fans can purchase the tickets by going to http://www.hokietickets.com.

Kickoff time for the game has yet to be determined.

Duke Snaps ACC Road Losing Skid

With the 49-28 win over N.C. State at Carter-Finley Stadium, Duke snapped a 20-game ACC road losing streak. The Blue Devils last conference road win came at North Carolina (30-22) on Nov. 22, 2003.

Raleigh, NC - Quarterback Thad Lewis threw for career-highs of 459 yards and five touchdowns in help Duke beat North Carolina State 49-28 on Saturday at Carter-Finley Stadium.

David Cutcliffe and Thad LewisDavid Cutcliffe and Thad LewisDuke earned its first ACC road win since beating North Carolina to close the 2003 regular season, ending a 20-game losing streak.

For the N.C. State Wolfpack, quarterback Russell Wilson ran and threw for a touchdown. Tony Baker ran for 73 yards and a score. T.J. Graham had 93-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Raleigh, NC - Toney Baker scored from 2 yards out with 6:28 left and North Carolina State's defense made a late stand to preserve a 38-31 victory over Pittsburgh at Carter-Finley Stadium.

Quarterback Russell Wilson threw four touchdown passes and finished 21 of 35 for 322 yards. Wilson also rushed 10 times for 91 yards.
