“The Energizer Bunny” Jamelle Eugene

His 1,168 career yards are good enough to put Eugene, dubbed “The Energizer Bunny” by coach Tom O’ Brien, ninth overall among active ACC backs. Eugene averaged 4.7 yards per carry in 2008, the highest mark on the team. He put up a season-best 92 yards in the win over Duke and got his only two touchdowns of the season versus North Carolina.
