NC State's Tom O'Brien Radio Show Kicks Off This Monday Night

Raleigh, NC – The Tom O’Brien Radio Show kicks off this Monday, August 24 at 7 p.m. at its new home, Backyard Bistro. Backyard Bistro is located at 1235 Hurricane Alley Way, right across from Carter-Finley Stadium on Trinity Road.

“Backyard Bistro is thrilled to be the new host of the Tom O’Brien Radio Show this season," said Lance Wheeler, Backyard Bistro owner and an NC State alum. "We are expecting great things from Wolfpack sports this year and are proud to be making Backyard Bistro the 'Home Away from Home' for NCSU students, faculty, coaching staff, parents and fans.

NCSU's Tom O'Brien To Appear at Triangle Pigskin Preview

Raleigh, NC – NC State football coach Tom O’Brien will join three other head coaches from the area for the seventh-annual Triangle Pigskin Preview at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center next Thursday, July 23. O’Brien will appear with North Carolina coach Butch Davis, Duke coach David Cutcliffe and North Carolina Central coach Mose Rison in discussing their teams’ prospects for the upcoming season. Registration for the event, which has annually kicked off the start of football season for area coaches, begins at noon Thursday and lunch begins at 12:30 p.m. Tickets for the luncheon, organized by the Triangle Chapter of the National Football Foundation, are $60 for individuals. Table sponsorships are available for $600.
